5. Microsoft Bing Ads Universal Event Tracking (UET)

(1)

This website uses Bing Ads Universal Event Tracking (UET) to collect and save data which are used to create user profiles with the help of pseudonyms. This is a service of the Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. This service enables us to track your activities on our website if you accessed our website via Bing Ads. If such an ad takes you to our website, a cookie is set on your computer. A Bing UET tag is integrated into our website. This is a code used to save various non-personal data about the use of the website in conjunction with the cookie. This includes e.g. the time spent on the website, which areas of the website were accessed and via which ad the user reached the website.

(2) The recorded information is sent to the Microsoft server in the USA and generally saved there for up to 180 days. You can prevent the data created by the cookie and related to the use of the website from being recorded and processed by disabling the setting of cookies. This may restrict website functionality.

(3) In addition, Microsoft may track your user behaviour across several of your electronic devices using so-called cross-device tracking and is thus able to display personalised advertising on Microsoft websites and in Microsoft apps. You can disable this behaviour under

http://choice.microsoft.com/de-de/opt-out.

(4) The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR. For more information on the Bing analytics services, please see the website of Bing Ads(https://help.bingads.microsoft.com/#apex/3/de/53056/2). For more information about data protection at Microsoft and Bing, please see the Microsoft Privacy Statement (https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement).

6. Use of DoubleClick by Google

This website continues to use the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google. DoubleClick uses cookies to display user-relevant ads, improve campaign performance reports and avoid the same ad being displayed to the user several times. Google uses a cookie ID to record which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed several times. In addition, DoubleClick uses Cookie IDs to record so-called “conversions” which relate to ad requests. This is e.g. the case if a user views a DoubleClick ad and later on visits the advertiser’s website in the same browser and buys something there. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information.

Based on the marketing tools user, your browser automatically establishes a direct link to the Google server. We cannot influence the scope and further use of the data collected by Google with the help of this tool and inform you in accordance with our level of knowledge: By integrating DoubleClick, Google receives information that you have accessed the respective part of our website or have clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered for a Google service, Google can allocate your visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with or logged in to Google, it is possible for the provider to find out and save your IP address.

You can prevent participation in this tracking process in different ways: a) by setting your browser software accordingly. In particular, suppressing third-party cookies prevents the display of ads from third-party providers; b) by disabling conversion tracking cookies by changing your browser settings such that cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com” are blocked, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, This setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by disabling interest-based provider ads where these are part of the self-regulation campaign “About Ads”, via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices. This setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; d) through permanent disabling in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We need to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions on this website.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR. For more information about DoubleClick by Google, please see https://www.google.de/doubleclick and http://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2839090, and about data security at Google in general: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy..
