Many IT departments today need to answer for an extensive task portfolio, from the management of the application portfolio, observing the technology risks, the speeding-up of data flows and integrations, the transformation to the cloud, right up to the governance tasks for cloud and on-premises solutions and the management of the information flow through changes in the IT landscape. All this is only possible if one thing is guaranteed: transparency.

In four weeks to the transparent
Enterprise Architecture Management
Week 1: Initialisation and overview
In the first week, we get to know you, your company and your expectations and perform a first site analysis. We define the analysis team and plan the joint analysis workshops.
Week 2: Visibility and transparency
In the second week, we carry out the detailed review of all technologies, interfaces, data and user groups together, in order to create a transparent portrayal of your IT portfolio.

Week 3: Set-up LeanIX
In the third week, we run the EAM tool, in order to bring together all information centrally and permanently in one place. The information is made available to all relevant roles (e.g. CIO, IT architect, project manager, specialist department, service provider).
Week 4: Delivery and training
In the fourth week, we deliver the EAM system to you and show you how you can efficiently and continually manage your IT programmes, recognise dependencies and risks early and monitor the progress of the programmes centrally and transparently in the future.
