Senior Consultant (m/f) – Specialist CRM (Salesforce)
- Analysing customer requirements and requirements management
- Consult on information technologies – with a focus on CRM, especially in the areas of Salesforce, Salesforce platform and related areas such as mobile applications or marketing automation
- Consult on process optimisation and change processes – both as part of the project and across projects
- Development of comprehensive solutions and concepts for introducing innovative solutions and processes
- Project management in national and international customer environments using company-internal project management standards and tools
- Further development of existing customer relationships and generation of follow-up projects

Expert knowledge in CRM – focus on Salesforce
You have successfully implemented CRM solutions (cloud and/or on premise) and processes as project leader and can offer design consult.
You have wide-ranging knowledge of the market and solutions, are up-to-date on the latest developments, technology trends and innovations and can confidently hold discussions with customers, service providers and software developers.
You can act as enabler and sparring partner for our team to build and expand knowledge – especially in the CRM and Salesforce environments.
Ideally, you already have matching certifications e.g. for: Salesforce.
Understanding of the development of comprehensive solutions
You identify the customers’ fields of action, categorise these by timing and priority, explain connections and consequences for the overall construct, take into account customer priorities at all times and find well-thought-out solutions.
Very extensive experience with the professional management of projects, especially with introducing several system and process worlds and with leading interdisciplinary teams acting simultaneously
You are entirely confident in applying project management standards and methods and ideally you have obtained an international certification in this area (e.g. IPMA). You have already successfully managed numerous projects during which you always kept an overview of the overall project situation, worked together with your own team, several departments and service providers and managed these. You have also professionally managed projects which do not relate to your own core area.
Experience with professional work in project teams and personal responsibility for managing sub-projects
You have worked as a team member of project teams on several occasions and actively and reliably supported planning and prepared the bases for decision-making while also delivering your own tasks independently, reliably and on time.
You have responsibly managed your own sub-projects and collaborated successfully with several departments and external service providers.
Fluent in written and spoken English/German
You are confident in reviewing technical concepts, contract documents and technical texts in English/German and can competently correspond, hold meetings and discuss in English/German.
